CONTINENTAL US - Returns & Exchanges Policy:
Oh my goodness -- This bag is just NOT me! How do I process an Exchange or Return?
(The following policy applies to domestic orders only.)
If you don't fancy this playful handbag, you have 30 days from initial order shipment to initiate an Exchange or Return. (as printed on your packing slip)
Items Not Eligible for Refund, Cash, or Store Credit:
- Gift Returns or promotional items with retail value.
- Returns received in damaged/worn condition.
- Returns received after 30 days of the original order shipment date.
- Shipping charges, except in cases where Great Bag Co. has made a shipping error.
How to Make Your Return or Exchange:
• Step 1) Pack your Model M. up for return using the original packaging -- box + hangtag (Please include your original Great Bag Co. Order #)
• Step 2) Return package via your most convenient carrier (UPS/USPS/FedEX/DHL) to:

• Step 3) Email a quick note to support@greatbag.co with your original Great Bag Order #, Return Tracking # + Carrier Information - Notifying us Model M. is on its way. In the case of an Exchange, please let us know of your new color choice.
• Step 4) In the case of an Exchange, We will ship out your replacement Model M. as soon as we verify your tracking and carrier information.
• Step 5) In the case of a Return, Once received and processed on our end, We will send you notification and your purchase payment will be refunded in full.
For US Postal Service:
1. Take your package to a US Post Office. Find locations here.
2. Be aware that giving your package to a US Postal carrier or leaving it in a USPS collection box or your residential mailbox may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.
For FedEx:
1. Take your package to a FedEx store. Find locations here.
2. Be aware that leaving your package in a FedEx drop box or giving it to a FedEx Ground driver may add additional transit time and cause delays in processing your return.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for package transit, plus an additional 5 to 7 business days for processing after receipt at our Fulfillment Center.
